Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll processes, including accurate and timely payroll administration, compliance with tax regulations, and coordination with finance department.
  • Administer claims and leave management processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Lead and oversee the full cycle of recruitment, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding, both locally and remotely.
  • Establish and maintain performance management systems to drive employee development and accountability.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Design and deliver training and development programs for onboarding and to enhance employee skills, leadership, and competencies.
  • Ensure compliance and stay updated with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies applicable in Singapore and Malaysia, including MOM labor laws and initiatives.
  • Drive corporate branding efforts internally and externally, ensuring consistent messaging and representation of company values.
  • Deliver weekly HR briefings to the team, providing updates on HR initiatives, policies, and upcoming events.
  • Manage welfare programs to support employee well-being.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with company goals.
  • Manage office operations, including facilities management, procurement, and vendor relations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws and regulations, including those set forth by MOM.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive organisational success.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
