Are you a collaborative team player with a passion for graphic design coordination? KeaBabies is seeking a talented Graphic Design Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Design Coordinator, your primary focus will be to liaise closely with our remote team of graphic designers to ensure the seamless execution of visual projects, including coordinating with vendors for photography and videography. Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the local and remote design teams to ensure that product listing images accurately represent our brand identity, colours, prints, and products.
  2. Review and provide feedback on product listing images to ensure they meet quality standards and are visually appealing to customers.
  3. Assist in the development of comprehensive shot lists for photoshoots and video shoots in alignment with mood boards and brand guidelines.
  4. Liaise with photography and videography vendors to ensure the timely execution of photography and videos, accurately following the shot list and storyboard.
  5. Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors.
  6. Assist with the organization and management of digital assets, ensuring they are easily accessible for use in visual content creation.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in graphic design coordination or a similar role.
  3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  4. Strong organisational and time management skills.
  5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, remote graphic designers, and external vendors.
  6. Attention to detail and a keen eye for ensuring visual content meets quality standards and is visually appealing to customers.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  8. Experience working with remote teams is a plus.
